In Part I Rinpoche presents the principles of the path of enlightenment
as well as the classic practices that cultivate it, along
with an exploration of the meaning and rich associations of
several key Pali and Sanskrit words used in describing the way
to compassionate wisdom and liberation.

In Part II Rinpoche puts forth a unique approach to healing, its
links to faith, karma, and its basis: the full understanding of
the laws that guide all life forms. Along with this overview, he
suggests many avenues and practices to explore — such as, for
example, the use of geometric shapes, colour, Star-Breathing and
sound — to bring about total healing for oneself and others.
